Thirteen individuals are set to graduate from the Howard County District Court's adult drug and DUI treatment program. The ceremony will take place on Wednesday, November 28, marking the 28th bi-annual event of its kind. Since the program's inception in 2004, about 250 participants have successfully completed it.
The graduation will be presided over by Howard County District Judge Ricardo D. Zwaig. The event is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. in Courtroom No. 5 at the Howard County District Court located at 3451 Courthouse Drive, Ellicott City.
The court-supervised program aims to help participants achieve sobriety through a combination of judicial oversight and intensive treatment and supervision.
