Natasha Sawyer, 44, of Denver, is accused of submitting false claims to the state amounting to $1,217,933 when she worked as a Medicaid biller for Element Medical Supply, a durable medical equipment company.

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of Michael Niaram Styles, 63, of Charlotte, N.C., on five charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors.
