Key duties include scheduling court operations, reviewing incoming documents for conformity to court procedures and laws, assigning cases to judicial officers according to the district's caseflow plan, recording case proceedings into the court's case management system, processing court orders and notices, handling financial transactions submitted to the Clerk of Courts Office, assisting the public with information requests that do not involve legal advice or confidentiality issues, implementing court procedures during hearings as directed by the Clerk of Court and managing daily court sessions efficiently.

Applicants must possess knowledge in general office procedures, grammar, legal terminology and understanding of court routines. They should also demonstrate skills in district court operations, preparing legal documents and reports accurately while maintaining professionalism in interpersonal interactions.
