Jairo Jaime Tinajero, a 25-year-old individual, has entered a guilty plea in the Western District of Kentucky to multiple charges. These charges include racketeering conspiracy, online enticement, production and distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), interstate communications of threats, cyberstalking, and conspiracy to murder an individual identified as Jane Doe 1 in aid of racketeering. The plea agreement includes the terrorism sentencing enhancement.
Tinajero was indicted by a grand jury on October 11, 2023, for online enticement and production of CSAM. He was arrested on October 4, 2023, in the Eastern District of Arkansas based on a criminal complaint filed in Kentucky.
Court documents reveal that Tinajero is associated with the 764 network. This group reportedly aims to cause social unrest and disrupt current world systems. Since 2020, Tinajero has been accused of grooming minors for sexually explicit content and threatening Jane Doe 1 and her family in 2023. He allegedly posted identifying information and nude images of Jane Doe 1 on encrypted platforms linked to the network.
From July to September 2023, Tinajero discussed plans with a co-conspirator to kill Jane Doe 1 and dispose of her body using acid. He also posted several threatening messages online about his intentions towards Jane Doe 1.
The FBI is handling the investigation into this case. Assistant U.S. Attorney Erwin Roberts from the Western District of Kentucky along with Trial Attorneys Justin Sher and James Donnelly from the National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section are leading the prosecution efforts. Support has been provided by the Violent Crime and Racketeering Section for the Criminal Division and the Eastern District of Arkansas.
