The 19th Judicial District, in partnership with Greeley Municipal Court, is organizing its third Warrant Clearance Day. This event is scheduled for Friday, October 4, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. It will take place at the Weld County Combined Court Centennial Center in Greeley.

Several entities will collaborate during this event, including the Weld County Combined Court, Public Defender's Office, Probation and Pretrial Services, the District Attorney for the 19th Judicial District, Greeley Municipal Court, and City Attorney. Their goal is to assist individuals in safely clearing eligible warrants.

Eligible offenses for warrant clearance encompass misdemeanor and traffic cases within Greeley Municipal and Weld County jurisdictions. Felony DF4, F5, and F6 cases are also included along with non-Victim Rights Act (VRA) cases and probation revocations.

For those seeking more information or wishing to verify if their case qualifies before attending the event, they are encouraged to contact the Office of the Colorado Public Defender via email at warrantforgiveness.greeley@coloradodefenders.us.
