The Judicial Resources Commission is set to hold its Annual Meeting and Public Hearing on December 13, 2024. The event will take place at 10:00 a.m. CST in the Supreme Court Courtroom, located in the State Capitol Building in Lincoln, Nebraska.
The meeting will include a public hearing where testimony can be provided both in-person and in writing. Participants have the option to attend either physically at the State Capitol or virtually via Zoom. Those wishing to provide testimony during the hearing may do so by appearing in person and signing in as a witness or by submitting written testimony ahead of time. Written submissions should be sent via email to kara.nielsen@nejudicial.gov or mailed to the Judicial Resources Commission at their address in Lincoln, NE. To ensure consideration, all written testimonies must arrive by December 11, 2024. These submissions will be marked as exhibits for the hearing and made available for public viewing.
