The 19th Judicial District is set to host its fourth Warrant Clearance Day in collaboration with Greeley Municipal Court. The event will take place at the Weld County Combined Court Centennial Center in Greeley on May 2, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The event is a joint effort involving several local judicial entities. The aim is to help individuals safely clear eligible warrants. Participants include the Weld County Combined Court, Public Defender, Probation, Pretrial Services, District Attorney for the 19th Judicial District, Greeley City Attorney, and Greeley Municipal Court.

Eligible categories for warrant clearance include Greeley Municipal and Weld County misdemeanors, traffic violations, certain felony drug offenses, non-Victim Rights Act cases, and probation revocations. However, warrants from outside of Weld County, VRA-related offenses, assault, domestic violence, unlawful sexual behavior, child abuse, civil warrants, and juvenile delinquency cases are not eligible for clearance.

Those seeking more information or confirmation of eligibility can reach out to the Office of the Colorado Public Defender at 970-353-8224 or via email at warrantforgiveness.greeley@coloradodefenders.us.
