Approximately ten individuals are set to graduate from the Anne Arundel County District Court Adult Drug and DUI Court program. The ceremony, marking the 21st graduation event since the program's inception in 1997, will take place on Thursday, December 13. The program is designed to aid participants in achieving sobriety through a combination of judicial oversight and intensive treatment.

The ceremony will be presided over by Anne Arundel County District Judge Thomas J. Pryal. District Court of Maryland Chief Judge John P. Morrissey will also be present at the event. Krystal Cutlip, a former graduate of the program, will serve as a guest speaker.

Since its establishment, more than 800 individuals have successfully completed this court-supervised initiative. Friends and families of the graduates are expected to attend the event.

The graduation is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. at Courtroom 4 of the Anne Arundel County District Court located at 251 Rowe Blvd., Annapolis.
