Courts, court offices, and administrative offices in Maryland will be closed on Wednesday, December 5. This decision aligns with the federal government closure for a national day of mourning and Governor Larry Hogan's directive to close all Maryland executive branch state agencies on that day. Chief Judge Mary Ellen Barbera announced this closure. Normal operations are expected to resume on Thursday, December 6.
