The public is invited to an emergency meeting on Tuesday, March 6, at 2 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Court of Appeals' conference room on the 4th Floor of the Robert C. Murphy Courts of Appeal Building in Annapolis. The focus will be Rule 16-910, concerning the Maryland Judiciary's online CaseSearch and the exclusion of names of law enforcement officers and other individuals.
"Seating is limited, so please arrive early if you wish to attend," according to the notice. Cameras are not allowed in the conference room. If attendance exceeds capacity, the meeting will move to the Court of Appeals courtroom and be webcast for public viewing.
