Nebraska Supreme Court to hear ballot initiative challenges next week

The Nebraska Supreme Court will hear arguments on three ballot initiative challenges regarding abortion rights on Monday, September 9, 2024. The cases are scheduled to begin at 10:00 am in the Supreme Court Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska, with each side allotted 15 minutes.

Additionally, the court will hear arguments on a ballot initiative challenge concerning private school scholarships on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. This case is set for 2:00 pm in the same courtroom and will also allow each side 15 minutes.
