The Vermont Judicial Bureau Waiver Penalty Panel will hold a public hearing on July 3, 2024, at the Judicial Bureau located at 82 Railroad Row, White River Junction. The session is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m., and participation via Webex is also available.
The hearing aims to gather comments regarding waiver penalties established under 4 V.S.A. § 1102(d). All interested individuals are encouraged to attend. Written comments can be submitted prior to the hearing either by mail or email.
