BRYAN CAVE: Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner Elects 23 New Partners

Bryan Cave issued the following announcement on Nov. 14.

By a vote of the partnership, the international law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has elected 23 new lawyers to partnership in the firm, effective Jan. 1, 2019. This brings the number of partners firmwide to 576. The new partners are:

Shannon Barks, Kansas City

Shannon Barks represents clients with planning for wealth preservation and preparation of estate planning documents, charitable planning, implementation of tax reduction strategies, and administration of complex estates and trusts.

William Brodsky, New York

Will Brodsky concentrates his practice in the real estate and corporate areas, primarily assisting real estate opportunity funds, developers and operators in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex joint venture transactions. Will’s practice also includes negotiating and documenting real estate finance transactions representing borrowers and lenders.

Alexandra Clough, London

Alexandra Clough specializes in construction and engineering claims and disputes around the globe across a wide range of industry sectors including oil and gas, power, transport and commercial property. She has experience in complex litigation, arbitration and adjudication, as well as alternative dispute resolution techniques such as mediation.

Louisa Cobbe, London

Louisa Cobbe has experience with a range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on the structuring, establishment and operation of real estate funds and joint ventures in the United Kingdom and offshore jurisdictions.

Amanda Colvin, St. Louis
