Upstate men arrested on Child Sexual Abuse Material* charges
South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of Zachary Taylor Westmoreland, 36, of Laurens, S.C., and Dennis Roland Fallaw, Jr., 63, of Chappells, S.C., on 11 total charges connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor. Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators with the South Carolina Attorney General's Office made the arrests in these unrelated cases. Investigators with the Laurens County Sheriff's Office, Newberry County Sheriff's Office, Greenville County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Secret Service, and Homeland Security Investigations, all also members of the state's ICAC Task Force, assisted with these investigations.
