The York County Courthouse will host a significant event on June 9, 2025, at 3:30 p.m., marking the graduation and celebration of the 5th Judicial District Problem-Solving Court. Judge James C. Stecker will preside over the ceremony.
This event celebrates the achievements of individuals who have completed an intensive program focused on behavioral health treatment, community supervision, and accountability. The program is part of problem-solving courts designed for nonviolent drug-related offenders. These courts aim to reduce recidivism and substance use through a specialized team process within the existing court structure.
The courts strive to enhance public safety and support successful rehabilitation by employing risk assessments, individualized treatment, chemical testing, incentives, sanctions, and other services.
Morgan Campbell serves as the Problem-Solving Court Coordinator and can be contacted for interviews or further information at (402) 362-6540. Media credentials are preferred for coverage of this Adult Drug Court graduation.
