The U.S. Attorney's Office in Syracuse, New York, is seeking additional victims in the case against Robert Rahlre as his sentencing approaches. Rahlre pled guilty to charges of tax evasion and wire fraud earlier this year.

Rahlre confessed to operating a fraudulent online business named iCare Gifting Solutions LLC from 2017 to 2024. The website claimed to offer gift baskets for families of incarcerated individuals, charging around $50 per basket but failing to deliver any packages.

Sentencing for Rahlre is set for June 11, 2025, before Senior United States District Judge Glenn T. Suddaby in Syracuse.

Victims of the offense have the right to request restitution for their financial losses. Those affected by Rahlre's scheme who wish to submit an impact statement or request restitution must send their statements to USANYN-VictimAssist@USDOJ.GOV by June 6. Documentation of purchases from iCare Gifting Solutions is required.

Further details are available on the Victim Witness Assistance page of the U.S. Attorney’s Office website.
