Lawrence James Reagan, a 40-year-old resident of Colliers, West Virginia, has confessed to distributing methamphetamine. Court documents reveal that Reagan, also known as "Larry," was involved in selling the drug in Hancock County.

Reagan is facing a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison. The final sentence will be decided by a federal district court judge who will consider the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines along with other statutory factors.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Carly Nogay on behalf of the government. The investigation was conducted by the Hancock/Brooke/Weirton Drug Task Force, which is supported by HIDTA funding.

U.S. Magistrate Judge James P. Mazzone oversaw the proceedings.
