United States Attorney David Metcalf announced that Tina Marie Farley, 49, from Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced to 35 years in prison. The sentence was delivered by United States District Court Judge Joshua D. Wolson. Farley will also serve 10 years of supervised release and pay $3,000 in restitution for her involvement in the sexual abuse of a minor and the production of child pornography.

Farley faced charges in December 2023 and pleaded guilty in January 2025. According to court documents, she facilitated the sexual abuse of a minor by her boyfriend over an 18-month period starting in October 2017. The victim was between 12 and 13 years old during this time.

“This defendant badly betrayed a child who trusted her, and now must be held to account for that exploitation,” stated U.S. Attorney Metcalf. He emphasized the severe emotional impact on victims of such crimes and reaffirmed his office's commitment to prosecuting child predators.

Gabriel Poling, Assistant Special Agent in Charge of FBI Philadelphia, commented on the gravity of crimes involving child exploitation. “Today’s sentencing underscores the FBI and our partners’ commitment to safeguarding children and ensuring that those who harm them will be brought to justice.”

The case is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative launched by the Department of Justice in May 2006 aimed at combating child sexual exploitation. This program brings together resources from various levels of law enforcement to prosecute offenders and rescue victims.

The investigation involved cooperation between the FBI, Conshohocken Police Department, and Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. Assistant United States Attorneys Meghan Claiborne and Kelly Harrell are leading the prosecution.
