The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma has announced the sentencing of Jukobie Allen Ramsey, a 22-year-old resident of Marietta, Oklahoma. Ramsey received a sentence of 360 months in prison for one count of sexual exploitation of a child and will be subject to lifetime supervised release.

This case stemmed from an investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Love County Sheriff’s Office. On December 4, 2024, Ramsey entered a guilty plea. Investigators revealed that between May 2021 and April 29, 2024, Ramsey engaged in sexually explicit conduct with a minor to produce visual depictions that were transmitted over the internet.

The prosecution was part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative launched by the Department of Justice in May 2006 aimed at addressing child sexual exploitation and abuse. This project involves collaboration among federal, state, and local resources to prosecute offenders and rescue victims. More information about Project Safe Childhood can be found at https://www.justice.gov/psc.

Authorities urge anyone with suspicions or information about child sexual exploitation or related offenses to contact law enforcement immediately. Reports can be made through various channels including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), FBI, or Homeland Security Investigations.

Chief U.S. District Judge Ronald A. White presided over the hearing in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Ramsey is currently under custody awaiting transfer to a designated facility within the United States Bureau of Prisons to serve his non-paroleable sentence.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Dak T. Cohen represented the government in this case.
