Burlin Junior Howell, a 60-year-old resident of Elkins, West Virginia, received a 46-month federal prison sentence for methamphetamine distribution. This decision was rendered by Chief U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh. Following his prison term, Howell will undergo a supervised release period of three years.
