Six individuals have been indicted on charges of criminal conspiracy involving illegal drugs and firearms, as announced by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Washington. The indictment includes 20 criminal counts related to drug trafficking and firearms offenses.

The Drug Enforcement Administration, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Moses Lake Police Department executed federal search warrants, leading to the seizure of nine firearms. This action was part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) investigation into a drug trafficking network in Eastern Washington.

The following individuals have been charged: Jose Luis Martinez-Parra faces several counts, including conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl. Alexander Martinez-Mendoza, 18, and Luis Martin Navarro-Ceballos, 29, are also charged with similar offenses, with Navarro-Ceballos facing additional firearm-related charges. Maria Zamora-Cuevas, 33, and Rosa Zamora, 41, are charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl. Triston David Duplichan, 29, faces charges of conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.

The defendants were arraigned at the Yakima Federal Courthouse on April 23, 2025. This case falls under Operation Take Back America, an initiative aiming to tackle illegal immigration and transnational criminal organizations. The investigation received aid from various law enforcement entities, with prosecution led by Assistant United States Attorney Benjamin D. Seal.

"An indictment is merely an allegation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law."
