Jacob Blair from Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, received a 180-month federal prison sentence for his involvement in a drug trafficking conspiracy, as announced by U.S. Attorney Edward R. Martin Jr., among other officials. Blair, 27, distributed narcotics such as fentanyl and methamphetamine on darknet marketplaces including Tor2Door.

Blair pleaded guilty on December 17, 2024, to conspiracy charges for distributing significant quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine. His sentence also includes a five-year supervised release period. According to court documents, Blair distributed between 1.2 and 4 kilograms of fentanyl and at least 50 grams of methamphetamine, advertising these narcotics using computer services.

Co-defendant Dyani Pezzelle pleaded guilty on March 5, 2025, to similar charges and is awaiting sentencing. Both Blair and Pezzelle operated vendor accounts on various darknet platforms, completing at least 459 narcotic sales.

Blair produced counterfeit Oxycodone, Adderall, and Xanax pills, posted advertisements on multiple darknet sites, and accepted cryptocurrency as payment. Notably, Blair shipped counterfeit oxycodone pills containing fentanyl and metonitazene to the District of Columbia.

Law enforcement executed search warrants in February 2023 at Blair’s residence in Aliquippa, discovering 10 firearms, over 20,000 counterfeit pills, and manufacturing supplies. Agencies including the FBI, DEA, and U.S. Postal Inspection Service participated in the investigation, with prosecution by Assistant U.S. Attorneys from the Districts of Columbia and Pennsylvania.
