A Jamestown resident, Aaron Miller, 31, has entered a guilty plea to charges related to methamphetamine distribution. The announcement was made by U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo in Buffalo, New York. Miller pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr., admitting to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and actual distribution of methamphetamine. This offense could result in a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua A. Violanti is handling the case and explained that Miller engaged in buying and selling methamphetamine and cocaine for both profit and personal use. He obtained substantial amounts of these drugs from co-defendant Jun Martinez, another Jamestown drug dealer, among others, and then distributed them within the Jamestown area.

Co-defendants Jun Martinez, La Huynh, and Antasia Babcock have already been convicted and are awaiting sentencing.

This case is part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) operation aimed at identifying, disrupting, and dismantling major criminal organizations threatening the United States through a coordinated approach involving multiple agencies led by prosecutors.

The investigation leading to Miller's plea involved the Drug Enforcement Administration under Special Agent-in-Charge Frank A. Tarentino III of the New York Field Division and the Jamestown Police Department led by Chief Timothy Jackson.

Miller's sentencing is set for July 22, 2025, at 10 a.m., before Judge Sinatra.
