Curley is currently in custody awaiting trial. If found guilty of these charges, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
The announcement was made by Acting U.S. Attorney Holland S. Kastrin and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Albuquerque Field Office.
The case is being investigated by the Gallup Resident Agency of the FBI's Albuquerque Field Office, with support from the Navajo Police Department and Navajo Department of Criminal Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jesse Pecoraro is leading the prosecution.
