Jason Brundige, a 49-year-old resident of Ballston Spa, New York, has been indicted on charges related to drug distribution and firearm possession. The announcement was made by United States Attorney Carla B. Freedman, Bryan Miller from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), and Saratoga County Sheriff Michael H. Zurlo.

The indictment accuses Brundige of distributing cocaine on June 28 and July 2, 2024, from his residence in Saratoga County. It also alleges that during one of these transactions, he possessed a firearm. On July 3, 2024, he is alleged to have had cocaine with the intent to distribute it while possessing a loaded firearm in connection with this activity.

These charges are currently accusations; Brundige is presumed innocent until proven guilty. If convicted on all counts, he could face a minimum sentence of ten years and up to life imprisonment. Additionally, he would be subject to supervised release ranging from five years to life following any prison term.

The case is under investigation by the ATF and the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office (SCSO). Assistant U.S. Attorney Ashlyn Miranda is handling the prosecution.
