Frederick Blaine Rinehart, Jr., a 54-year-old resident of Clarksburg, West Virginia, has confessed to charges related to methamphetamine distribution. Court documents reveal that Rinehart was involved in selling methamphetamine within Harrison County. Investigators discovered over 100 grams of the drug linked to him, some of which were distributed while others were found at his residence.

Rinehart could face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. The final sentence will be determined by a federal district court judge who will consider the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon Flower on behalf of the government. The investigation was conducted by the Greater Harrison Drug Task Force, an initiative funded by HIDTA.

The proceedings were overseen by U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael John Aloi.
