Supreme Court resumes in-person hearings with webcast option

The Supreme Court is set to hold an in-person oral argument session in Sacramento on February 5, 2025. The live webcast of the proceedings will begin at 9:00 a.m. on that day.

In line with Administrative Order 2023-05-11, the court has resumed these sessions in person. Attorneys have the choice to attend either physically or remotely via video. The public can also attend in person and access the live-streamed arguments through the judicial branch's website: https://supreme.courts.ca.gov/.

Scheduled for hearing at the Stanley Mosk Library and Courts Building are several cases:

At 9:00 a.m., "Whitehead (Ty) v. City of Oakland, S284303," "New England Country Foods, LLC v. VanLaw Food Products, Inc., S282968," and "People v. Antonelli (Timothy Patric), S281599" will be presented.

Later, at 1:30 p.m., "People v. Oyler (Raymond Lee), [Automatic Appeal], S173784" will be heard.
