United States Attorney Susan Lehr has announced the sentencing of Sherice Dismang, a 42-year-old resident of Omaha, Nebraska. On January 3, 2025, in federal court in Omaha, Chief United States District Court Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr. sentenced Dismang to 106 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. In the federal system, there is no parole.

Following her release from prison, Dismang will be subject to a five-year term of supervised release.

The charges against Dismang stemmed from a controlled drug transaction on February 27, 2023. During this operation conducted by law enforcement in Omaha, Dismang acquired and subsequently sold 100 grams of lab-confirmed actual methamphetamine to an undercover agent.

The Drug Enforcement Administration was responsible for investigating this case.
