Anthony William Glandt, a 45-year-old resident of Casper, Wyoming, received an eight-month sentence with two years of supervised release for being a felon in possession of a firearm. On November 17, 2023, law enforcement responded to a possible domestic disturbance at Glandt's residence and found him in possession of three firearms. As a previously convicted felon, Glandt is prohibited from possessing firearms. He was indicted on July 18 and sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Alan B Johnson on December 20 in Casper. The investigation was conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco and Explosives and the Casper Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Paige Hammer prosecuted the case.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents confirmed that he had been previously removed from the U.S. three times without applying for reentry permission; his last removal occurred on June 24, 2018. ICE investigated this case as well, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Cameron J. Cook prosecuting it before U.S. District Court Judge Kelly Rankin in Cheyenne on January 3.
