Each charge related to the interstate transportation offenses carries potential penalties of up to 10 years in prison, three years supervised release, and fines up to $250,000 each. Sentencing will be determined by a federal district court judge based on U.S. Sentencing Guidelines.

The investigation was led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Nashua Police Department with assistance from the Manchester Police Department, New Hampshire State Police, Lowell (Massachusetts) Police Department, and Newport (Vermont) Police Department.
