Marietta man pleads guilty to child exploitation charges

Jukobie Allen Ramsey, a 22-year-old resident of Marietta, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to the charge of sexual exploitation of a child. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Ramsey admitted to one count involving the use of a minor to produce visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct.

According to the indictment, from May 2021 until April 29, 2024, Ramsey engaged in activities where he used a minor for producing and transmitting explicit content over the internet across state lines. This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation along with the Love County Sheriff’s Office.

The plea was accepted by U.S. Magistrate Judge Gerald L. Jackson at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Following this acceptance, a presentence investigation report has been ordered. Ramsey is currently held in custody by the United States Marshals Service while awaiting sentencing.

The prosecution in this case was led by Assistant U.S. Attorney Dak Cohen.
