The Statewide Problem-Solving Court Advisory Committee has accredited 15 problem-solving courts in Colorado through the Problem-Solving Court Tiered Accreditation Program. This accreditation recognizes the courts' commitment to implementing evidence-based practices in line with the Colorado Adult Problem-Solving Court Unified Standards.

The accreditation program ensures that these courts adhere to best practice standards and provides tailored training, technical assistance, and resources based on each court's accreditation tier. After submitting applications, each court underwent a rigorous evaluation process, including an in-depth review of supporting documents. The Advisory Committee confirmed that all 15 courts met the necessary standards for their assigned tier levels, acknowledging their dedication to problem-solving approaches.

The following courts were approved for accreditation at various tier level recommendations:

- 1st Judicial District Behavioral Health Court

- 1st Judicial District Adult Drug Court

- Denver County DUI Court

- 2nd Judicial District DUI Court

- 2nd Judicial District Adult Drug Court

- 4th Judicial District DUI Court

- 5th Judicial District DUI Court

- 7th Judicial District Montrose Adult Drug Court

- 8th Judicial District Wellness Court

- 8th Judicial District Adult Drug Court

- 12th Judicial District Adult Drug Court

- 17th Judicial District Family Treatment Court

- 19th Judicial District Adult Drug Court

- 20th Judicial District Adult Integrated Treatment Court

- 22nd Judicial District DUI Court

Each accredited court will undergo re-accreditation every three years but may advance to a higher tier if they demonstrate program enhancements. Gold Tier courts will also participate in observations to become Statewide Mentor Courts.
