Baltimore City Circuit Court's event is scheduled for November 18 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Mitchell Courthouse. Judges Audrey J.S. Carrión, Michael DiPietro, and Charles Blomquist will confirm adoptions for 20 children. Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown is among the guest speakers.
In Baltimore County, a ceremony organized by several local organizations will take place on November 18 at 11 a.m., finalizing adoptions for fifteen children from eleven families under Judge Sherrie Bailey's supervision.
Harford County's celebration occurs on November 17 starting at 9 a.m., led by Judges Yolanda L. Curtin and William O. Carr with six adoption proceedings planned.
Montgomery County's event also takes place on November 17 at 3:30 p.m., where Judge James A. Bonifant will finalize three adoptions.
