The Circuit Court for Washington County is set to open its new Help Center on Friday, May 6, in Hagerstown. This facility is part of the Maryland Court Help Centers network, which provides free legal assistance to individuals without attorney representation. The services offered include help with name changes, divorces, child custody issues, and child support.
The opening event will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony and demonstrations on videoconferencing and the Guide and File tool available on mdcourts.gov.
