Prince George's County celebrates drug court graduates

Five residents of Prince George's County are set to celebrate their achievements on Tuesday, September 24. They have successfully completed the Prince George’s County District Court Adult Drug Court program, an alternative sentencing initiative supervised by the court. The event will take place at 1 p.m. in Room 264B of the Prince George’s County District Court located at 14735 Main Street, Upper Marlboro, MD.

Walter Green, Esq., a local attorney and principal of Green Law, P.C., will deliver the keynote address during the ceremony attended by graduates along with their friends and family members. Since its inception in June 2006, the program has seen 85 participants graduate successfully.

Prince George’s County District Court Judge Joseph L. Wright will preside over the graduation ceremony.
