Rebecca A. Copeland, Brian A. Costa, Dyan M. Medeiros, and Steven R. Nichols have officially taken their positions as Circuit Court Judges for the First Circuit in Honolulu. The swearing-in ceremony was attended by colleagues, special guests, family, and friends.
Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald conducted the ceremony, which was available to a wider audience through a livestream on the Judiciary's YouTube channel.
The event featured remarks from notable speakers including Hawaii State Bar Association President Jesse K. Souki; Hawaiʻi State Trial Judges Association Secretary Bryant G.F.Y.
