Attorney General Kris Mayes has announced a settlement with All Good Shutter and Blind, LLC, following a consumer fraud investigation. The agreement ensures refunds for customers and mandates future compliance from the company.

"This settlement sends a clear message: we expect companies to deliver on their commitments to Arizona consumers," stated Attorney General Mayes. "If they don't, we will hold them accountable. Protecting Arizonans from fraudulent business practices is a top priority for my office."

The investigation was initiated after receiving numerous complaints about undelivered custom window treatments. It found that All Good Shutter and Blind had been accepting payments without fulfilling orders since it began operations in 2016 until its closure in December 2023.

As part of the settlement, the owners of the company will pay $62,500 to refund customers. They are also required to adhere to honest advertising practices and ensure timely delivery of services and goods within Arizona.

The settlement stipulates that All Good's owners must "refrain from falsely representing that the goods and/or services they advertise, offer, or sell in or from Arizona will be delivered in a timely manner if such goods and/or services are not available for delivery or fulfillment in a timely manner," and "deliver services and/or goods they advertise or sell In an around Arizona in a timely manner and no later than actually represented to consumers."

The Attorney General’s Office will reach out to eligible consumers regarding their refunds. Assistant Attorney General Suzanne Pendergast managed this case.

Consumers who believe they have been victims of fraud can file complaints through the website www.azag.gov/consumer or request forms by contacting the Arizona Attorney General’s Office at specified phone numbers.
