In February, Massachusetts State Police executed a search warrant at 34 Shattuck Street in Lawrence. They found approximately 600 grams of fentanyl, approximately 200 grams of cocaine, and approximately 75 grams of crack-cocaine. During the search in storage units rented by Lopez at the same address, State Police also seized 50 grams of cocaine and a stolen and loaded Ruger LCP subcompact .380 handgun with accompanying ammunition. Law enforcement additionally located and photographed equipment used for mixing, milling, and packaging fentanyl.
This case was managed by Assistant Attorney General William Aiello from AG Campbell’s Enterprise and Major Crime Division with support from Massachusetts State Police assigned to the Attorney General’s Office.
