AG Rayfield underlined the purpose of the website, stating, “We want to bring transparency to our work and show Oregonians that their state is working to defend the rule of law.” The webpage provides updates on Oregon's participation in 13 multi-state cases, helping the public to understand the state's actions in such matters.
The litigation tracker is a key feature that will see daily updates on lawsuits and court rulings. Other offerings on the page include a Social Security Issue Reporting Portal, where Oregonians facing problems with Social Security payments can report issues directly. This portal helps to identify interruptions or negligence patterns.
Further features include the Federal Impact Reporting Portal, where Oregonians affected by federal actions can offer insights. Information collected here aids in planning for future actions while maintaining privacy, as personal data will not be disclosed without consent.
Additionally, the Federal Oversight Directory will provide a lineup of essential cabinet members appointed by Rayfield for advising in various key sectors, such as health, labor, education, and the environment.
