Business North Carolina magazine has named six Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP attorneys to its 2021 Legal Elite rankings.
In Charlotte:
David N. Allen for Litigation
C. Wells Hall, III for Tax and Estates
Noelle E. Wooten for Environmental
In Raleigh:
John E. Branch III for Employment
Brandon S. Neuman for Litigation
Kieran J. Shanahan for Litigation
According to the publication, Business North Carolina magazine sends ballot notices to North Carolina attorneys and asks them whose work they would rate among the current best in several practice areas. Attorneys are not allowed to vote for themselves. They may select members of their firms only if they pick out-of-firm lawyers in the same categories, with the latter votes weighed more heavily.
