Greenberg Traurig, LLP issued the following announcement on Nov. 25.
The Delaware office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP commemorated its 20th anniversary with a celebration on Nov. 7 at DE.CO in Wilmington, Delaware. The event brought together more than 100 clients, attorneys, staff, alumni, and firm leadership from across the firm and the city of Wilmington.
“The Delaware office plays a pivotal role in delivering tangible value for local, national, and international clients,” said Diane Ibrahim, managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Delaware office. “We are grateful for the trust our clients have placed in us, as their business partners and friends, and honored that so many of them celebrated this milestone with us.”
“An anniversary is an opportune time to reflect on past successes and future opportunities. As we have always done, we will focus our efforts on delivering superior client service and helping clients achieve their business objectives; while also giving back and supporting our community,” Chief Executive Officer Brian L. Duffy said in his remarks.
Greenberg Traurig opened its Delaware office in 1999 in response to the unique and increasing role Delaware plays in the needs of the firm’s clients. The office includes attorneys who have experience advising clients on the legal aspects of complex corporate and commercial matters and litigating in all of Delaware’s federal and state courts, including the Court of Chancery, the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
