Companies can't fight Washington's PCB rule in court
TACOMA, Wash. (Legal Newsline) - A document instructing Washington Department of Ecology permit writers to require companies to use more sensitive and expensive tests for PCBs in their wastewater streams isn’t a rule subject to court challenge, a state appeals court has ruled.
PGA sues for $700K in broadcast rights it says was never paid
The Professional Golfers’ Association of America filed a federal lawsuit on December 10 in the Southern District Court of Florida against JTBC Plus Corporation for breach of contract and unjust enrichment. According to the lawsuit, JTBC failed to pay for broadcast rights that were received from the PGA per contract between both parties.
