A three-judge panel previously affirmed the district court’s decision declaring the law unconstitutional under the Second Amendment. Aiken County man arrested on child sexual abuse material charges
South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of Kevin Kenyatta Johnson, 28, of Gloverville, S.C., on two charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors. Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators with the Aiken County Sheriff's Office made the arrest.
