Arizona Attorney General announces indictments in sober living home fraud case

Attorney General Kris Mayes has announced that the State Grand Jury has issued indictments against several individuals and entities in connection with a fraudulent sober living home scheme. The charges include money laundering, theft, conspiracy, fraudulent schemes and artifices, patient/client referral fraud, and forgery.

The initial arraignment for the case is scheduled to take place this morning at Maricopa County Superior Court. A copy of the indictment is available for public viewing.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
