Patrick Tucker, a 28-year-old resident of Schenectady, New York, has been sentenced to 188 months in prison for distributing methamphetamine. The sentence was announced by United States Attorney John A. Sarcone III and Frank A. Tarentino III, Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), New York Division.

Tucker admitted to distributing methamphetamine on three separate occasions between January and March 2023 as part of his guilty plea. During his pretrial release, he evaded supervision and led law enforcement on a high-speed chase that was eventually called off for safety reasons. When apprehended by deputies from the United States Marshal Service, Tucker was found with additional drugs.

United States District Judge Anne M. Nardacci also mandated that Tucker serve a four-year term of supervised release following his imprisonment.

The case was investigated by the DEA and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Dustin C. Segovia.
