Two individuals have been sentenced for their involvement in a drug trafficking organization operating in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Andrew Ross Hose, 40, and Bradley Allen Lopp, 36, both from Bunker Hill, were sentenced to prison terms for distributing significant amounts of crystal methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, and heroin across Berkeley, Morgan, and Hampshire Counties.
Hose received a sentence of 293 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release. Lopp was sentenced to 24 months in federal prison with an additional three years of supervised release. The sentences were based on court documents and statements presented during the trial that detailed their roles within the drug trafficking organization.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Lara Omps-Botteicher. The investigation was conducted by the Potomac Highlands Drug Task Force, which is funded through the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) program.
