Philip Kevin Clark, a resident of Yuma, Arizona, has entered a guilty plea for failing to pay employment taxes. On April 15, 2025, he appeared before the court and acknowledged the charges against him. The sentencing is set for July 28, 2025, before United States District Judge Steven P. Logan.
Clark, who owns a water company in Yuma, confessed that from 2017 to 2021, he failed to remit $395,250 in taxes withheld from his employees' paychecks to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
