United States Attorney Clint Johnson has announced the results of the March Federal Grand Jury 2024-B indictments. The following individuals have been charged with various violations of United States law, as outlined in the indictments returned by the Grand Jury.
Dylan Ray Alexander, 31, from Bartlesville and a member of the Cherokee Nation, faces charges including second-degree murder in Indian Country and felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. "The FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Bartlesville Police Department, and the Tulsa Police Department are the investigative agencies," stated Assistant U.S. Attorneys Scott Dunn and Tara Heign.
Daniel Allen Ash and Amber Dawn Murphy from Commerce are charged with multiple counts including second-degree murder in Indian Country and child neglect. Ash also faces charges for aggravated sexual abuse of a minor under 12 years old. "The FBI and Quapaw Nation Marshal Service are the investigative agencies," said Assistant U.S. Attorney Alicia Hockenbury.
Eric Lee Blanchard is charged with sexual abuse of a minor in Indian Country among other charges. Homeland Security Investigations leads this case alongside local authorities.
Pedro Vazquez Camacho is accused of unlawful reentry into the United States after being previously removed in June 2009. ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Dallas Field Office is handling this investigation.
Kenneth Troy Cooper faces charges for being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives along with Creek County Sheriff’s Office are involved in this case.
Leonardo Giovanni Segura Curiel is charged with drug conspiracy related to fentanyl distribution. Multiple agencies including Drug Enforcement Administration Tulsa Resident Office are investigating.
