Francisco Jerard House, Sr., also known as Cisco, has been sentenced to 36 months in federal prison for illegal possession of ammunition following a previous felony conviction. The announcement was made by U.S. Attorney Robert J. Troester.
In September 2024, a federal Grand Jury charged House with being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. This followed an incident in March 2024 when the Oklahoma City Police Department received a report alleging that House sexually assaulted a woman with a firearm present. Subsequently, officers executed a search warrant at his residence and found a firearm along with several rounds of ammunition.
House pleaded guilty on November 21, 2024, admitting to possessing the ammunition despite his criminal record.
During the sentencing on February 27, 2025, U.S. District Judge Jodi W. Dishman sentenced House to three years in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release. In her statement, Judge Dishman emphasized the need to protect the public and uphold respect for the law. She also referenced House’s past criminal activities, including domestic violence charges and allegations noted in protective orders against him. House's criminal history includes a felony conviction from Oklahoma County District Court for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and larceny of a motor vehicle.
The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives alongside the Oklahoma City Police Department and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Mary E. Walters.
