Anthony Leroy Haygood, a 36-year-old resident of Sarasota, Florida, has been sentenced to two consecutive six-month terms for indecent exposure. The sentencing was delivered by United States Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Rateau and will be served consecutively to Haygood's existing federal sentences. Haygood had previously pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent exposure on November 20, 2024.

The incidents occurred while Haygood was an inmate at the Federal Correctional Complex in Tucson, Arizona. On November 2, 2023, he exposed himself to a correctional officer and expressed his disregard for the directive to stop by stating, "I don’t care. I will do it again." A similar incident took place on January 7, 2024, involving another correctional officer.

The Bureau of Prisons led the investigation into these incidents. The prosecution was managed by Assistant U.S. Attorney Sarah B. Houston from the District of Arizona in Tucson.
